My goal is to help you answer any questions you may have about life and to help you become the best version of yourself. I can help you explore negative emotions and experiences, and help you learn to cope with stressors, past and present. I help people navigate the different changes that life brings.
I am non-directive, putting you in control of what you want therapy to look like for you. If you’re unsure, we can work together to figure out where to start. I specialize in helping teens and young adults with identity development, life transitions, self-esteem, high-performance/perfectionism, relationships, work or academic stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Change happens in small, intentional steps we take every day. Though it can be uncomfortable, I explore the possibilities for change with healing as the central focus.
